Recently delivered to Kanters BV from Veghel: a pressure / vacuum combi for sewerage work. This machine has been refurbished and restored in the corporate style of Kanters BV. In addition, some minor adjustments have been made.It is a versatile vehicle including a suction arm, a sewage drainage reel on the rear and a winch for lifting of pumps.Kanters will use this machine for maintenance of, among others, pump houses. Kanters works a lot for governments and substitutes to the actual demand of maintenance.
ADR tank checks are meanwhile cut cake for us we can say. We will not be amazed with some exotic vehicles, but this big boy was a challenge! Nevertheless, it was again (with valued assistant from the driver) to get it again 3 years 'proof'.A. De Reus has several of these machines and uses them to perform suction, excavation or blowing work in difficult to reach places. Like vacuuming cellars and silos. But also for remediation work, road maintenance, clean-up work after calamities and the release of cables, pipes and tree roots.Due to the gigantic suction capacity (19,000 m3 / h), these units suck soil, gravel, sand, water, sludge, split, slag, ash, powder, wood chips, coal, cement, mixtures of substances, large stones to +/- 10 Kilograms and other materials up to Ø 27 centimeters.
Zeeland Maritime Cleaning can transport quite some cubic meters of waste with this custom made pressure/vacuum tanker. The tank, with a capacity of 36.000 liters, can’t tilt, but you can open the back lid to be able to easily clean the tank on the inside. Furthermore, the first and third axel are mechanically controlled, making the whole trailer a lot more manoeuvrable. We were also able to outfit the beautiful DAF XF truck with a vacuum installation able to move 2500 m3/h.
Because of expansion of their work, we were able to build a new vacuum truck for Van Hamburg Cleaning. Naturally, plenty of modifications were put in place to assemble the loadout entirely in regard to their preferences.
For Enigma Nederland, we were tasked to completely renovate a trailer, including replacing the tank. We used an existing stainless steel 20 year old tank for this. After finishing it looks as good as new again, and it’s ready for decades of more work.
For Van Iperen in Westmaas we could build this beautiful stainless steel pressure/vacuum installation. With this, they can empty storage tanks for gardening enterprises, followed by pumping new products into the tanks. The tank (with about 1500 liters of capacity) can also be emptied again by using a diverter valve.
